Bureau of Science and Technology Organizes Conference for Promoting Work of Strategic Alliances of Industrial Technology Innovation

On the morning of December 11th, the Bureau of Science and Technology of Dalian organized the conference for promoting the work of strategic alliances of industrial technology innovation. Liu Xiaoying, director-general of the Bureau of Science and Technology attended the conference and addressed the meeting and the conference was hosted by Zhao Rennan, deputy director-general.

In the speech, Liu Xiaoying, director-general introduced the development of eight strategic alliances of industrial technology innovation in detail, including the wind power driven system, bearings for major equipments, semiconductor lighting, solar photovoltaic, high-grade numerical control machine and new medicine pharmacy. Liu pointed out the great significance of establishing strategic alliances of industrial technology innovation and explicitly defined future work targets of the alliances after the establishment.
