On the afternoon of December 30th, entrusted by the Ministry of Science and Technology, Li Hongtao secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of the Bureau of Science and Technology and his party came to Shuixian Mingyuan Community and comforted parents of Liu Yunchao, who is a personnel in Russia of the Ministry of Science and Technology.

On behalf of the Bureau of Science and Technology, Li Hongtao secretary expressed greetings for the New Year’s Day and thanked Liu Yunchao’s parents for cultivating such an outstanding talent for Chinese diplomacy and S&T undertakings. Liu asked about the working and living situation of Liu Yunchao’s parents and also gave gifts to them.
